Accepting Your Offer

You’re almost ready

Congratulations on receiving an offer from Eynesbury College!

We’re excited to welcome you. To accept your offer and prepare to start classes, please complete the steps below.

Here are the steps involved in accepting your offer:

Step 1:

Review your Letter of Offer

Your offer includes:

  • Your program name

  • Duration and start date

  • Program fees

  • Any conditions you must meet (e.g., academic transcripts)

All conditions must be met before you can be enrolled.

Step 2:

Complete your Acceptance Agreement

Fill in and return the required sections of your Student Acceptance and Payment Agreement, along with proof of payment (if applicable).

Step 3:

Pay your fees

Payment details and instructions will be provided in your Letter of Offer.

Options may include:

  • Online payment portal (details in your offer letter)

  • Student Portal payment (current students)

  • FEE-HELP (eligible Australian citizens may apply for government assistance)

Step 4:

Receive confirmation

Once your signed agreement and payment are received, Eynesbury College will send:

  • Confirmation of enrolment

  • Orientation details

  • Next steps to prepare for study

Step 5:

Attend Orientation and begin your studies

Orientation is compulsory for all new students.

You will receive a pre-orientation email with everything you need to know before you begin.
